本篇内容解决的问题: 1、实现百度地图鼠标绘制多边形; 2、实现根据给定的坐标绘制多边形的功能; 3、判断某个坐标点是否在绘制的区域内; 4、绘制的坐标点如何在数据库中保存;(待商榷)
