General

背 景

There is one NAS device in CPF1 site office connected with the Backup Desktop to expand the storage space and save the big size file such as software, VM etc..

工厂办公室有一个NAS设备与资料库电脑相连，用于扩展存储空间以及存放大体量文件如工控软件安装文件、虚拟机、Ghost备份等。

One day found the NAS could not be accessed, and tried many ways to troubleshoot and failed; The LED in front of device stuck in ‘Yellow’ once power on. Suspect that the main control unit of the equipment is faulty.

某天发现该NAS设备与电脑断开了连接，并且通过各种办法无法修复当前故障状态，设备前面板LED指示灯在上电后始终卡在黄色（加载操作系统）。判定为设备主控单元故障。

Extract file from NAS Hard Disk

从NAS硬盘中提取文件

2.1 Remove the NAS Hard Disk from NAS device, and insert to SATA HDD Dock tool, and USB connect to computer.

从NAS设备上取下NAS 硬盘，插入SATA HDD Dock工具，并USB连接至电脑；

2.2 In the Computer Management, Disk Management, the Hard Disk could be recognized, but in “This PC” could not display related Device.

在磁盘管理器中可以识别到硬盘，但是在“我的电脑”中无法显示相关盘符

2.3 Search the related information online, got the knowledge of the file format of NAS Hard Disk is Ext4, which could not read data directly in Windows.

网上搜索相关资料，了解到NAS硬盘的文件格式是Ext4，在Windows下无法直接读取数据。

2.4 Then found the Tool software ‘UFS Explorer Professional Recovery’.

然后找到了个工具软件 ‘UFS Explorer Professional Recovery’。

a. It’s easy to use, select the storage partition in left, then the will find the folder and file in right side.

使用起来很简单。首先在左侧找到NAS硬盘，点击数据存储分区。如果硬盘没问题，右边会列出硬盘下面的目录和文件；

b. Right click the folder or file which want to extract, then select ‘Save this object to…’.

右键想要提取的文件夹或文件，选择” Save this object to…”

c. Select the saving route in the pop-up.

在弹出的窗口中选择保存路径。
