今天分享一个来自发表在Cancer Cell 杂志(IF=48.8)上的文献,于2022年12月12日发表,标题为《High-resolution single-cell atlas reveals diversity and plasticity of tissue-resident neutrophils in non-small cell lung cancer》。里面提到的与中性粒细胞相关的两个基因集。
这几个基因集是做这通过对bulk RNA-seq数据进行解卷积,得到的。在文献中的应用就是下面的图片中的各种打分了。
TRN signature:tissue-resident neutrophil,组织驻留型中性粒细胞,特指那些长期驻留(而不仅仅是募集)在特定组织(如肿瘤组织、黏膜组织等)中的中性粒细胞亚群。是 NANs 和 TANs 两种signature的合并。
NANs signature:normal adjacent tissue-associated neutrophils,癌旁正常组织相关中性粒细胞
TANs signature:tumor-associated neutrophils,肿瘤相关中性粒细胞
