问腾讯互动课堂TRTC报错，来大佬？

场景如下 用户a在房间开摄像头推流，用户b进入房间，默认接受远端流，能显示摄像头，但是音频没有，同时报如下错，有大佬知道吗

但是假如双方都在该房间，这时候a用户再打开摄像头推流，b用户能完整接收到音/视频，求助
