你的实现是错误的，应该是这样的
<provider
android:name="android.support.v4.content.FileProvider"
android:authorities="myPackageName.fileprovider"
android:exported="false"
android:grantUriPermissions="true">
<meta-data
android:name="android.support.FILE_PROVIDER_PATHS"
android:resource="@xml/provider_paths" />
</provider>manifest中应该包含提供者内部的元数据，这就是android无法接收提供者的原因。
还要将file_path.xml更新为
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<paths>
<external-path path="some-path" name="files_root" />
<external-path path="." name="external_storage_root" />
