我正试着连接到WPEngine的Git。我已经创建了我的配置文件，确保我拥有它，权限设置为644。

ssh跟踪表明它正在扫描root用户的root目录(/var/root/.ssh/*)。我猜您正在使用sudo ...运行一个git命令，所以您的命令扫描root ssh -而不是your user ssh。
使用常规用户帐户运行git命令。

您的.ssh目录应该将权限设置为700，而.ssh/config文件应该将权限设置为600。如果权限太开放，OpenSSH将忽略它们(其他人不应该查看ssh设置！)
