HM-ZD6418G/HM-ZD6418C-G全自动智能制盒机

HM-ZD6418G / HM-ZD6418C-G 针对大尺寸精品盒的全自动智能制盒机，适用于多种盒型的大量生产，如手机盒、首饰盒、化妆品盒、手表盒、斜边盒（选配）、书套盒（选配）、连体盒（选配）等等。做盒范围更大，更能满足现代包装市场的需求。整机外观经过全新设计，更加安全及美观。

本机采用伺服控制系统、图像定位系统，实现进纸、过胶、进灰板、贴四角、定位、抱盒、包边、折耳和折入成型自动完成。

在飞达、过胶和输送带使用伺服驱动，可无极变速，高精度，易调节，省时间；定位部分采用图像定位系统及机器人抓取部件，提高定位精度及效率，误差范围可达±0.05MM，且定位及调试速度更快；成型机采用THK线性导轨和虚拟电子凸轮驱动，更稳定耐磨且动作更流畅，折入深度及折耳长度尺寸范围也更大。

HM-ZD6418G/HM-ZD6418C-G Automatic Rigid Box Machine is suitable to make various big size premium boxes’mass production, such as mobile phone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes,slanting (option),slip case boxes (option), clamshell box（option）etc. Size range is bigger, more suitable for current packaging market. Machine' appearance is new design which is safer and more beautiful.

HM-ZD6418G/HM-ZD6418C-G adopts PLC and man-machine control, camera tracing system, and can automatically feed cover paper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, lift box, , fold corner edges and wrap box.

The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by well known servos which have continuously variable transmission, and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and efficiency. The spotting unit adopts camera tracing system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard ,enhancing the spotter accuracy to± 0.05mm, and its spotting and adjusting is more faster. The forming unit employs Japan THK linear slider and virtual electronic cam driving system, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement and enlarge the folding-in depth and corner edges.
