据悉，黑客目前将袭击矛头转向大型连锁酒店，仅去年洲际酒店集团旗下的1200家酒店均遭黑客袭击。据悉黑客利用间谍软件窃取顾客信用卡及借记卡密码进而获取不法收入。专家建议大众尽量使用信用卡而非借记卡以提高退款几率。
