近日，欧盟表示希望今年就ChatGPT等生成式AI的监管规则达成共识，而且越快越好，因为AI在提高工作效率和生产力的同时，也引发了版权纠纷、假信息、学术造假等诸多问题。不久前，马斯克等千余名科技领袖签署的公开信更是把人工智能推上风口浪尖。

The European Union recently stated that it hopes to reach a consensus on how to regulate ChatGPT and other generative artificial intelligence technology this year. Last month, an open letter signed by tech leaders has spurred public debate on the risks of AI.
