算法负责人 上海/北京

职责：

负责领导人工智能算法团队进行服务器端训练和推断算法的建模，开发，优化。负责与芯片设计团队进行接口，定义算法在芯片上的映射和优化。

负责与软件中间层团队进行接口，合作定义和开发不同算法对于软件映射和优化的方案。

负责预研前瞻性的人工智能和机器学习算法以及提供未来新兴算法对于公司软硬件发展的指导意见。

要求：

本科以上学历和十年以上算法开发背景。

有两年以上人工智能行业背景。

熟悉CNN, RNN，LSTM等目前主流的深度学习算法。

对于人工智能框架如TensorFlow, Caffee和MxNet等一个或者几个深入的理解和接触经验。

熟悉C++和Python中的至少一门编程语言。

对芯片了解是一个加分。

Algorithm Development Leader

Responsibility:

lLead AI algorithm team and model/develop/optimize the algorithm forboth training and inference in Server and Cloud.

lInterface with SOC design team and co-define the mapping andoptimization from algorithm to SOC.

lInterface with software middle layer team and co-define/co-developthe algorithm/SW mapping and optimization

lStudy the evolution and revolution of AI and machine-learningalgorithm and envision the company with the forward-looking guidance ofHardware/Software.

Qualification:

lBachelor and above with ten-year algorithm development background.

lAt least 2-year AI industry background.

lFamiliarized with CNN/RNN/LSTM/GRU etc. mainstream deep-learningalgorithm.

lDeep understanding and on-job experience for at least one of key AIframework such as Tensorflow, Caffee, Mxnet.

lFamiliarized with C++ or Python

lUnderstanding chip is a plus.
