安装过程：

运行下载好的Telchart v3.5.32 setup.exe

输入密码：MaritimeSafety

到选择数据库类型时选择Install to use with CM93/3 professional+ edition

安装直至结束。

安装海图数据库：

小编提供2018.10.08更新的CM93V3数据库

下载完后解压压缩包到电脑任意位置

打开位置C:\Program Files (x86)\cm93v3\System

运行GDBAdmin.exe，把位置指向解压好的CM93数据库，点击register database，点击set as default，确定，关闭。

运行LicenseAdm.exe，选择add license manually，选中zone 0，双击添加，下方输入16位组合（任意数字+字母a-f),显示successful之后，查看licenses list，日期在当前时间之后即可。

安装至此完成，打开软件看看吧。

此软件在中文系统也存在经纬度显示问号的问题。

TELchart version 3 is the continuation of the TELchart series, and is based on TELchart

TELchart V3 is a chart system that makes use of C-MAP’s 93 edition 3

chart standard, including latest technology when it comes to chart data.

The charts are continuously updated by C-MAP when new charts and

corrections are published.

TELchart V3 is for the technical interested a 32-bits Windows based

program, which operates under Windows 2000 / Windows XP platforms or newer.
