继美国的优步之后,目前处于亏损的中国叫车公司滴滴将剥离自动驾驶部门,让它成为一家独立公司。这将有利于引进外部投资。
Didi Chuxing, the Chinese ride-hailing group, has spun out its autonomous driving unit as an independent business as the lossmaking company attempts to raise funds with a “capital winter” unsettling technology companies across the country.
中国叫车服务公司滴滴出行(Didi Chuxing)将旗下自动驾驶部门剥离,让它成为一家独立公司。这家处于亏损状态的集团正试图在令中国科技公司不安的“资本寒冬”中筹集资金。
The new as-yet unnamed company will give potential investors further access to a technology drawing huge interest globally. Uber and Waymo in the US are investing heavily in the sector, while Didi is also facing competition in its home market from Chinese tech giants Alibaba, Tencent and Baidu.?

Didi’s move mirrors a similar one made by Uber earlier this year as the US ride-hailing app,? under pressure from investors ahead of its $8.1bn initial public offering, spun out its own costly self-driving car business, Advanced Technologies Group, in April.?
滴滴此举与优步今年早些时候的做法类似。优步在进行首次公开发行(IPO)融资81亿美元之前,迫于投资者压力,于今年4月剥离了旗下烧钱的自动驾驶汽车业务,成立先进技术集团(Advanced Technologies Group)。
