1、问题概述
这是笔者在windows10平台安装PyTorch1.10时遇到的问题。
笔者使用conda安装PyTorch1.10 gpu版本指令如是：conda install pytorch torchvision cudatoolkit=9.0 -c pytorch
在安装完成进行测试时报错：from torch._C import * ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的程序。
C:\Users\xiaos> python
Python 3.6.0 |Continuum Analytics, Inc.| (default, Dec 23 2016, 11:57:41) [MSC v.1900 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32

from torch._C import *
ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的程序。
>>>2、分析解决
解决方法参考这里，更新 python==3.6.7 或者 python==3.7.0（笔者更新为了python==3.6.7）
conda install python==3.6.7要注意一点，如果你之前用的python==3.6.0安装的，如果升级为了python==3.7.0，那么PyTorch需要重新安装一下。
