Step 1: Sample collection

Step 2: Add sample elution to the lyophilized reagents

Step 3: Flick the reaction tube to ensure the lyophilized reagents are fully dissolved

Step 4: Place the tubes into WeD-1 heating chamber

Step 5: Press the heating switch to start amplification
