罗永浩自曝患ADHD十几年

12月31日凌晨，罗永浩在个人微博回应“科技春晚”迟到40分钟：因为ADHD（注意缺陷与多动障碍）的关系，发布会没有一场是彩排过的，全是没有彩排直接上去硬讲。幻灯片从来没有提前做完过，都是做到开场前，还有百分之三十左右的页面需要再调整。如果ADHD换药失败，或是不能用锻炼彻底改善体能问题，不会再举办这种大型活动了，会害人害己。

Entrepreneur Luo Yonghao publicly made an address via his personal Weibo account in early Wednesday morning for a 40-minute delay to his much-anticipated "Tech Spring Gala" event, attributing it to his struggle with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

He stated that due to the condition, his events are never rehearsed and materials are often unfinished until the last minute. Luo added that if he cannot manage his ADHD through medication or exercise, he will stop organizing such large-scale gatherings to "avoid harming both others and himself".

The technology innovation talk show, "Luo Yonghao's Crossroads", was held on Tuesday in Shanghai for the first time in seven years. Originally slated for a 7:00 pm start, the event did not begin until approximately 7:40 pm, at which point Luo bowed in apology to the audience.

什么是“ADHD”？

ADHD，全称Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder。中文称其为注意缺陷多动障碍，是一种神经发育障碍。

它不是“懒”，也不是“自控力差”。而是注意力调节机制出了问题。大脑的“奖励系统”阈值太高，对感兴趣的事可以超专注，对无趣的事却难以启动。

ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental condition. It is not a character flaw or a simple lack of willpower. Individuals with ADHD often have a brain with a high threshold for reward, allowing for hyperfocus on stimulating tasks while making it extraordinarily difficult to initiate mundane ones.

不同于儿童ADHD突出的多动症状，成人ADHD最显著的表现通常是注意缺陷。注意力不集中，如阅读、写作和做事时注意力难以持续，导致患者很难坚持做完一件事情，尤其是对于注意力维持要求较高的任务或工作（如完成有一定难度的备课、写作、制作幻灯片等），因而经常回避、拖延、草率应付或不能完成任务。“幻灯片做不完”有可能是由于这样的原因。

同时，成人ADHD患者存在明显的执行功能障碍，主要表现为计划、组织安排工作、学习和家务困难，安排活动或完成较为复杂的任务过程中缺乏计划性，没有时间观念，不能按时完成工作或其他任务，经常很随意地从一件未完成的事情跳到另一件事情上，严重影响职业功能和日常生活。
